Want to be on the Ada HS quiz bowl team?
Activities are picking up at Ada schools. Here's an update from the school website.
STUDENT’S IN GRADES 9-12: do you have a study hall or two? Consider working for a teacher during that time to earn a credit toward your HS graduation. Several teachers are still in need of a student worker, just contact Mrs. Temple or Mrs. Prater and they'll help you get one credit closer to graduation."
ATTENTION ANYONE IN GRADES 9-12: Interested in being a member of this year’s high school Quiz Bowl Team. We will meet Wednesday at 7:45 a.m. in Mr. Lusk’s room.
ATTENTION ADA HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS AGES 15-18 (9TH TO 12TH GRADE): Applications are now available for the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce Harvest and Herb Queen Contest. The Festival this year is Saturday, Sept. 19.
Application can be picked up in HSO or by contacting Arlene Allison in the elementary. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Allison. The deadline to enter is Wednesday, Sept. 9.
ATTENTION ADA FILM CLUB MEMBERS: Our first meeting will be Wednesday at 7:15 a.m.. We will be watching Almost Famous. If you have any questions, see Mr. Ames.
HIGH SCHOOL ASPIRATIONS MEETING: On Wednesdayin Mrs. Bowden's room during lunch for senior members only. See Mrs. Bowden if you cannot attend.
