Constance L. Centers, 77, died on Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at 3:42 a.m. at Hospice of Dayton.

She was born on April 15, 1938, in Ashland, Kentucky to Russell E. and Darlene (Clevenger) Ellenberg who preceded her in death. On April 4, 1986, she married Phillip W. Centers and he survives in Dayton.

Constance was a homemaker. She was a member of the Washington Heights Baptist Church of Kettering. Ohio

She is also survived by two daughters: Jill (Jeff) Risner of Aurora and Joan (Jim) McBride of Ada; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Rice and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will begin at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19,  at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada with Pastor Jack Duffy officiating. Burial will be in Dunkirk Cemetery, Dunkirk.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:30 PM to 2:30 p.m. on Monday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada
