Tickets now on sale through March 4

The Ada Academic Boosters and Music Boosters announce tickets are now on sale for this year's purse raffle fundraiser. This is the 9th annual event.

You can buy as many tickets as you would like. Tickets are broken into categories to make purchasing easier, and gives you a discount if you buy more than one ticket.

Here's how Ada Icon viewers will remember February's 9.5 inches of snow

More photos tomorrow -
The past few weeks haven’t been much fun as temperatures stayed below freezing for two weeks in tandem with the  heavy snowfall.

Despite that, Icon viewers answered the call for snow photos last week. We received nearly 20 photos and every one of them has a story to tell.

When 9.5 inches of snow covers the ground what else is there to do expect go outside and play – if you are a dog.

Or, you can take photos of the snow from inside your house or outside, especially after you’ve successfully cleared your drive way.

Sophomore Calob Cope (Fort Wayne, Ind./Homestead) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week for the week of Feb. 15-21.

Cope won three distance races in meets at Mount Union and John Carroll this weekend.

On Friday, he won the 500 free in 4:57.51 and was second in the 400 I.M. in 4:20.69 at Mount Union.

Cope swept the 1650 free (17:04.26) and the 500 free (4:57.32) at John Carroll on Saturday.

The Polar Bears will wrap up their abbreviated 2021 season March 25-27 with the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.
