The 2018 Farm Bill reauthorized the Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) safety net programs that were in the 2014 Farm Bill.
Producers must enroll in ARC/PLC for the 2021 crop year through their local Farm Service Agency office. Producers can amend the program elections they made for the 2019 and 2020 crop years for the 2021 crop year.
The signup period for the 2021 crop year is open now, and the deadline to enroll and make amendments to program elections is March 15, 2021.

While she retired on Dec. 31, the bank employees celebrated her retirement safely at the Ada office on Feb. 5.
She began her career with Liberty on Nov. 13, 1995, as a receptionist in the Ada Office. Sue has worked in loan processing (Ada Office), and eventually moved into a role in the HR department in 2010. She became the human resources manager in 2015

Ruby J. Holbrook, 85, passed away on Friday, Feb. 5, 2021 at 8:02 a.m. at Vancrest of Ada.
She was born on June 24, 1935, in Magoffin County, Kentucky, to Rev. Seward and Mary (Hurt) Dyer who preceded her in death. On March 15, 1952, Ruby married Rev. James Holbrook and he preceded her in death on Oct. 5, 2010.

The Polar Bears finish with a 3-1 overall record and a 3-1 mark in the Ohio Athletic Conference, while the Cardinals end their season 1-3, 1-3.
