300 block of Ream and 300 to 557 blocks of East University

As a result of a water main break on Ream Street earlier today, the village of Ada has issues a drinking water advisory for the following addresses:
• 300 block of Ream Street
• 300 to 557 blocks of East University

The advisory was issued at 2:31 p.m., Feb. 11.

The message to those residents follows:

The Ada Water System has experienced a water line break with loss of pressure in your section of water main.

If you're out of ideas, simply drive down South Main Street. When you see this sign, pull into the drive way, walk up the steps, open the door, and the Carol Slane Florist staff will take it from there. Problem solved.

Appears to be between 307 and 311 Ream

The Village of Ada public works department announced that a water main break has occurred on Ream Street this morning (Thursday, Feb. 11).

The announcement was made at 9:39 a.m.

Here is the announcement
We experienced a water main break on Ream Street this morning (2/11/2021.) The break appears to be in the alley between 307 and 311 Ream Street, though crews are still working to confirm the exact residences that may be impacted.

We hope to close only 3 valves to isolate the break. There may be a decrease in water pressure to the area.
