Wilson announces a limited edition, red, white and blue football

Only 101 Ada-made limited edition red, white and blue Wilson footballs are now available for sale at a first-come, first-serve basis.

Wilson made the announcement yesterday. Each football is priced at $119.95.

Red, White and Blue. Each game, this distinguished trio receives the standing ovation that gets fans on their feet and activated for kickoff.

Those same colors and sense of pride cover the NFL shield. Featuring red, white and blue laces, “The Duke” commemorates this historic 101st NFL season with this first of its kind look.

Next time you go window shopping downtown check out the Beatitudes window. A Beatitudes holiday raffle is underway and tickets are now on sale at $1 for one or $5 for six. Many business donations are coming into the store as part of the prizes. Winners will be notified on Friday, Nov., 20. Christmas decorative items are also now available at the store.

Crews were able to do their work without disrupting service

Crews were able to complete the repairs on the 400 block of Turner Avenue without having to disrupt services.  

The Ada Public Works department is performing repairs on the 400 block of Turner Avenue.

Water to residents on 400 block of Turner will be turned off while these repairs are ongoing.

The Village website and Facebook page will be updated when the repairs are complete and water is turned back on.

If you are not on the 400 block of Turner Avenue and you do not  have water, please contact the office at 419-634-4045 option 1.

New Leaf Landscape and Garden Center, 0395 State Route 235, Ada, will hold its Christmas open house Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 19-21.

The open house will include several special offers plus door prizes. Included in the open house are:

Liberty and Quest close lobbies, drive-thrus remain open

The rise in covid-19 cases in Hardin County resulted in two Ada banks closing their lobbies and Beatutudes shortening its hours. Here’s updates from those bank’s Facebooks:

Quest Federal Credit Union - Effective Monday, Nov. 16, all Quest Federal Credit Union branch lobbies will be closed, out of an abundance of caution and for the safety of our members and staff. All services will remain available via drive thru, online channels, or by phone.
