Here's details on Parent-Teacher Conferences Nov. 23-24
Ada Exempted Village School District will hold Parent-Teacher Conferences for students in grades K-12 on Monday, Nov. 23 from 4 to 8:30 p.m. and on Tuesday, Nov. 24, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Students will only attend school on Monday, Nov. 23. There will not be school on Nov. 24 or 25. Thanksgiving break is Nov. 26 and 27.
Elementary conferences
Elementary conferences will be student-led. Parents should bring their child with them so that the student, along with the teacher can share information about this year’s progress. Parents had the opportunity to sign up for conference times at open house in most cases. Reminders will be sent home.
7th to 12th conferences
Parents of students in grades 7-12 will have the opportunity to meet with their child’s teachers as well. Some parents will receive an invitation asking that they meet with specific teachers.
Make an appointment
All parents are encouraged to attend if they wish to discuss their child’s progress. In order to meet with teachers, parents are asked to call 419-634-2746 to schedule an appointment time. If parents are meeting with numerous teachers, the secretary can help to coordinate times.
