Liberty National Bank offers Welcome Home Grant
Liberty National Bank is participating in the Welcome Home Program, according to Ronald L. Zimmerly, Jr., bank CEO and president.
The program is a grant sponsored by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. It is designed to assist eligible homeowners with down payment or closing costs when purchasing or buying a home.
The Welcome Home Program provides up to $5,000 in grant money for eligible homeowners and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Welcome Home funds will be available starting March 1, and will end when the money is no longer available.
In addition to the grant money, Liberty National Bank is waiving one-half of the processing fee for approved homeowners that qualify for the grant in 2016.
Anyone interested in obtaining Welcome Home Program qualification guidelines or additional information about the Program should contact Angela Hersh at 419-634-5015.
