Ada chamber meet the new guy in town: "Tommy Tire"
Ada Area Chamber of Commerce met the new guy in town earlier this month.
The new guy is Tom Dotson, and his business name is Tommy Tires.
Dotson and his wife, Sheena, this winter expanded their tire Bluffton business with an Ada location at 3032 State Route 309 (intersection of 309 and 235).
A ribbon cutting of the Ada store took place on March 16. The event also included a tour of the facility for the chamber. The building a former carpet warehouse, includes a 40 by 80-foot addition that will service semis.
Dotson told chamber members Tommy Tires offers:
• passenger and light truck tires
• small farm tires
• all-steel carports –used for garages, utility and agriculture buildings
• trailers
“The primary tires we carry are Firestone and Mastercraft,” said Dotson. “We like to think of ourselves as your one-stop-shop for car, truck, semi and farm tires and tire service.”
The Ada store is Tommy Tire’s third outlet, complimenting the Bluffton store and one in Toledo. In addition to tires, Dotson also owns Tommy’s Trailer Sales at 121 State Route 103, Bluffton.
