Update on the Jumbo Junior Farmers 4-H Club
Jumbo Junior Farmers 4-H Club met on May 2, 2016 for their third meeting of the year. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Evan Lyle followed by the 4-H Pledge led by Kevin Smith. Roll call was answered with favorite fair food by 22 members with 3 advisors and 11 parents/guests present. The members were asked to introduce their parents to the club.
There was a health report given by Asher Bridenstine. He told us what would be in a First Aid Kit and showed an example of one he had made.
The project books were passed out to members. A reminder that the next meeting there will be trash pickup for the township. Members ordered t-shirts for the year.
The next meeting will be May 23 at 6:30 PM at the new McDonald Township Hall. Pizza will be provided after trash pick up.
