The noon June 22 ribbon cutting ceremony allowed Ada officials to tour its newest building, meet the staff and representatives from St. Rita’s Medical Center.

Located in front of Vancrest of Ada on State Route 81, Ada Family Medicine’s lead physician is Dr. Jason Hageman, M.D.

He has been associated with St. Rita's for the past two years. He will share his time between Ada and St. Rita's.

The newly-built facility includes physician offices, a nurse’s station, exam rooms, procedure room, conference room, X-ray area, and lab room.

Specialists will be at the facility on a part-time basis. These physicians specialize in cardiology, general surgery, gastrointestinal, urology and sports medicine.

The office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. until noon on Friday. The phone number is 419-634-0431.

A nurse practitioner will be at the office fulltime. She is Jenelle Niese.
