Ada K9 unit assists in narcotics investigation
Ada police department K9 unit assisted in a narcotics investigation in Hardin County on Aug. 15.
Hardin County Crime Task Force initiated a traffic stop on Aug. 15, as a result of an ongoing narcotics investigation, according to Keith A. Everhart, sheriff.
Traffic stop was made on State Route 31 near County Road 190 by Hardin County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
As a result of the traffic stop one adult male was taken into custody on an Adult Parole Authority arrest order. Charges for possession and trafficking are pending on the adult male and two other adults.
The Hardin Crime Task Force was assisted by Adult Parole Authority, Community Corrections, Ada Police Department K9 and Osborn’s Towing.
