Haiven C. Hale 2011 - 2016
Haiven C. Hale, 5, died on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at 2:21 p.m. at Lima Memorial Health System, Lima.
Haiven was born on Jan. 23, 2011, in Lima, Ohio, to Tyler J. and Elizabeth L. “Lizzi” (Newland) Hale who survive in Ada.
Haiven played on the Red Ada t-ball team. His sister was his best friend. He loved monster trucks, dinosaurs and race cars. Haiven enjoyed helping his dad and grandpa on the farm.
Also surviving are two brothers: Tristen Hale of Kenton and Miles Hale at home; a sister, Vivian Hale at home; maternal grandparents: Kelly (David Pinks) Newland and Phillip Shane (Deb Jones) Newland; paternal grandparents, John and Julie Forsyth; maternal great grandparents: Carol Bonanno and Phillip and Donna Newland; paternal great grandparents: Betty High, Bill Forsyth and Mark and Susan Chiles; and maternal great great-grandmother, Louise Baker; aunts and uncles: Todd, Bryan, Philip, Brooklyn and Danielle.
Haiven was preceded in death by his great grandfathers: Clyde High and Frank Bonanno.
Funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, with Jay Rostofer officiating.
Friends may call three hours prior to the service on Wednesday, Aug. 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hanson-Neely Funeral Home for the benevolence of the family at P.O. Box 38, Ada, Ohio 45810.
