Heterick Library and Ada Public Library launch "Ada Chats"
Inspired by TED Talks - short snippets of someone's passions, shared ideas, knowledge made more accessible - Heterick Library, ONU and Ada Public Library have paired up to offer Ada Chats this fall.
These monthly chats will look at a variety of topics and themes brought to you by community members.
The first "chat" is at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 15, Heterick Library, ONU, for a look at:
• The Federally Funded Mobile Clinic and the Health Needs of Hardin County, presented by Dr. Steven J. Martin, Dean of the ONU Raabe College of Pharmacy, and
• The Research and Artistic Planning Behind the Department of Theater Art's Production of Lysistrata by Aristophanes, presented by Dr. Joan Robbins, ONU dramaturge and lecturer of theater arts.
