Here's an update on Ada school events from the school website:

Congratulations to the high school quiz bowl team who defeated Bath and Celina in the preliminary matches of WTLW's Quiz Whiz competition. The team returns for final four competition tomorrow night.

There will be a meeting for 8th grade Beta Club members on Friday during junior high lunch at noon. in Mrs. Thaxton's room.  If you would like to run for the office of president, vice-president, secretary, or treasurer, pick up a nomination form from Mrs. Thaxton by Thursday. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Thaxton.

REMINDER TO PAY SCHOOL FEES: If no payment has been made by Oct. 20 you will not receive your grade card and Progress Book privileges will be denied. Stop in the high school office and speak to Mrs. Pifer.

SENIORS: An admissions representative from Defiance College will be at the high school on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. If you would like to meet with her, sign up in the high school office.
