Ada girls whip Paulding

PAULDING - The visiting Ada girls soccer team scored six first half goals and cruised to a 7-0 victory at Paulding Saturday.
The Lady Bulldogs improved to 5-8-1 overall and 4-2 in the Northwest Conference with their second consecutive shutout win.
Kaitlyn Long, Makayla Callahan and Katie Butterfield each tallied a pair of goals for Ada. Gizem Tanriverdi netted the other Bulldog goal.
Latifah Bagais passed out three assists. Callahan, Madison Preston and Tanriverdi also dished out one assist apiece.
Ada out-shot the Panthers, 28-2. They have outscored their opposition 15-0 in the last two matches.
The Lady Bulldogs host Liberty-Benton Wednesday, October 12.
Bulldog boys fall to Panthers
PAULDING - The visiting Ada boys soccer team lost at Paulding 7-4 in a Northwest Conference match Saturday.
The defeat dropped the Bulldog record to 7-6 overall and 2-2 in the NWC.
Ada goals were scored by Logan Williams, Terry Sheridan, Ace Gamble and Chris Reyes.
Gamble also made seven saves in goal.
Ada plays at Allen East Tuesday, October 11.
