Jami Dellifield selected for National Extension Leadership Development program
Jami Dellifield has been selected as one of 36 participants from the 12-state North Central Region to participate in the National Extension Leadership Development (NELD) program.
She is Ohio State University Extension, Hardin County, Family and Consumer Sciences Educator.
NELD is managed by Extension leadership specialists at the University of Minnesota.
The program is organized into four face-to-face sessions, including one international session, held throughout the 2017 calendar year and aims to help Extension professionals:
• Learn, apply and reflect on new effective leadership, organizational collaboration and change concepts and strategies
• Develop a better understanding of self and enhance personal effectiveness
• Strengthen competence in decision-making, build leadership capacity, improve effectiveness of Extension programming and promote lifelong learning
• Broaden your understanding of Extension on a local, state, national and international level, and
• Build a more robust national Extension network.
Dellifield joins fellow Ohio State University Extension employees: Kara Colvin (4-H, Warren County), Nicole Debose (County Director, Cuyahoga County), Heather Gottke (4-H, Van Wert County), and Jared Morrison (Event Planner, College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences).
