Tower Duo will present a recital at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 4, at Ohio Northern University in the Presser Hall recital hall. The event is free and open to the public. The Tower Duo consists of Erin Helgeson Torres on flute and Michael Rene Torres on saxophone.

Erin Helgeson Torres is member of the music faculty at Ohio Northern as well as a performing musician with groups such as the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, Columbus Symphony Orchestra and the Louisville Orchestra. Michael Torres is a composer, educator and curator who is a faculty member at Ohio State University.

Tower Duo is dedicated to sharing the importance of the arts through chamber music with communities throughout the United States. The ensemble specializes in creating engaging musical experiences with a particular interest in performing and premiering contemporary works by emerging American composers.
