Maxine Clingerman featured in Vancrest's "Residential Spotlight"
According to the newsletter, Maxine is always a happy, warm, and loving girl. Her birthday is June 13 and she attended Dunkirk schools as a youngster.
A favorite food of Maxine’s is a tender roast with gravy that just falls apart. In the summer time, you can find Maxine sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather even though fall is her favorite season. We just celebrated her favorite holiday of Christmas as well.
Maxine was married three times with her last one being for 40+ years to Cletus. Maxine has seven children, two boys and five girls. Maxine recalled her favorite vacation as the one she took with her family to Disney World.
Maxine worked in an accounting office at Timken’s that later became Rockwell. This was her favorite job, having worked in other factories as well.
When asked about her "Bucket List,” she said one thing she always wanted to do was to go to Hawaii. She enjoys just getting to sit back and relax at this point in her life and just “being able to live.”
She said looking back at her life she wouldn’t change a single thing. Something she believed most people didn’t know about her was her love for knotting. She enjoyed making hanging baskets from the yarn.
