Teen Dating Violence Awareness event
A Teen Dating Violence Awareness event will take place during the Ada/Kenton boys basketball game in Ada on Saturday, Jan. 28. Students from both schools are encouraged to wear orange.
The Hardin County Family Safety Coalition, sponsors of the event, will have an information table available. Facts to discourage teen dating violence will announced at the beginning of the game and at halftime. Cheerleaders will throw out mini basketballs. Local businesses have provided money so both teams can wear orange socks.
