2017 USV DARE graduates
Upper Scioto Valley 5th graders graduate the D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resittance Education) Program taught in local schools by the Hardin County Sheriff's office.
D.A.R.E. curricula address drugs, violence, bullying, internet safety, and other high risk circumstances that today are too often a part of students’ lives.
