Hardin County leadership class planned
Participants for the 25th annual Hardin Leadership class, a program designed for the development of informed and effective community leaders, are being recruited now until March 10.
Nine monthly sessions will focus on the knowledge/skills required by today's community leader, such as team building, public speaking, conflict management, social media, and marketing.
This year’s program will be offered in morning sessions from March through November.
Tuition is $300 per person.
Employers and organizations are encouraged to sponsor participants. Ten percent of the tuition fee is recommended to be paid by each participant as an indication of commitment to the program.
At least four scholarships are available to Hardin County residents who would be self-paying participants. Scholarship application information is included on the program brochure.
Class enrollment is limited to 24 participants.
Hardin Leadership is sponsored and conducted by the Hardin Leadership
Steering Committee and Hardin Leadership Inc.
