Patricia Parr was a 1988 Ada High School graduate
Patricia A. “Patti” Parr, 46, died on Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, at 2:18 p.m. at Lima Memorial Health System, Lima.
Patti was born on March 17, 1970, in Hardin County, Ohio. Her parents were Ronald D. and Nancy E. (Elwood) Fleming and they survive in Ada. She was previously married to Timothy L. Parr, Sr. of Ada.
Patti previously worked at the Lima City Schools and Ohio Northern University. She was a member of the St. Mark Lutheran Church of Ada. She was a 1988 graduate of Ada High School and Apollo Career Center. Patti loved her children and especially enjoyed being a Nana. She loved her dog, Ariel. She shared a birthday with her daughter.
Patti is also survived by her children: Jessica Cross of Ada, Aaron Cross of Lima, Timothy (Fiancé Katie Augsburger) Parr of Lima; a granddaughter, Rheyme Burkett; and two brothers: Jason (Jill) Fleming of Ada and Jeff (Katy) Fleming of Kenton.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, with Pastor Thomas Dearth officiating. It was her wish to be cremated. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada and until time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church of Ada and/or the charity of the donor’s choice.
