Another sweep and another five first place trophies for our already packed trophy case!

Five Ada groups participated in this past weekend's OIPA event in New Philadelphia, including flag line, rifle line, gold team winter guard, purple team winter guard and winds.

Congrats to all Ada performers and directors Mr. Lischak and Amy Webb. Perhaps the highlight of the day was the humorous award ceremony exit of one lovable t-rex (Jacob Bassitt) and monkey sidekick (Jacob Morgan).

The duo represented the winds group at the ceremony and humored the crowd with a frantic dance and arm waving before running out of the gym. It was one of those "you had to be there" moments.

Next the gold team travels to Bowling Green, Kentucky, for the WGI Power Regional competition.
