Ada area artists in ArtSpace/Lima spring show
Several artists with Ada connections were winners or had works accepted in the Spring Show at ArtSpace/Lima, 65-67 Town Square.
The show is open through June 3 in The Ellen Nelson Gallery of Artspace, according to Bill Sullivan, director.
Area artists winning awards include:
Winner of The Jack Earl Award for best of show
Judith Greavu, former member of ONU art faculty
Innishowen Tide Pool, bronze, fused glass
She has several additional pieces in the show
First award
Jaye Bumbaugh, Lima
Distant Lights, detail, linocut print
He has several additional pieces in the show
Second award
Anita Lehman, Bluffton
Making the Mark IV, charcoal, chalks and acrylic
She has several additional pieces in the show
Bruce Chesser awards for ceramics
Leah Casey, Ada
Large Succulent, triptych (detail) ceramics
Other area artists with works in the show:

• Jamie Nygaard, Bluffton, photography
• Luke Sheets, Ada, wood fired earthenware, wood and other pieces
The gallery is open Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. .to 2 p.m.
