The favorite sport in America is football (no doubt), but the NFL has changed so much since last season.
I don't mean NFL rules or the NFL cities. I mean NFL teams and coaches.
First, are the Eagles. They fired their head coach Andy Reid and now they have old head coach of Oregon Chip Kelly. During the preseason the Eagles picked Micheal Vick over Nick Foles for starting quarterback. Their first round pick was Line Johnson offensive tackle with the 4th pick overall.
Bluffton's newest cookbook is from an institution with the youngest residents. Bluffton Child Development Center released "Kitchen Classics" cookbook this fall. Copies are available at the Center for $12.
The book has 84 pages of recipes plus an index of recipes and additional information like ingredient substitutions, counting calories, and even napkin folding.
All recipes are from students (with help from their parents).
Here's another classic Ada photo from the 1950s-60s. It's from the collection at the Ada Public Library. The only identification on the back reads: "Kenneth Preston, mayor." No date, possibly mid-sixties.

The Community Economic Development Center (CEDC) at Ohio Northern University opens its 2013-14 entrepreneurship workshop series in the Dicke Forum on Thursday, Sept. 26. The workshop will be preceded by a networking event at 5:30 p.m. The workshop will follow the networking event and conclude at 7 p.m.
The topic of the workshop will be “Marketing your product, success and failures. Making the Milestone system work” with Dennis D. Stripe. This event is free and open to the public.
