While the 2016-17 school year is history, there's always next year. The end-of-the-year school newsletter has several items that look toward next school year.

One is the elementary supply list.

If your child failed to bring home the list, the Icon provides it in an attachment below below. You'll find supplies needed for Kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth grades.

The list includes everything from what color of pens needed for sixth graders to the size of crayon boxes needed for Kindergarteners.

And, for your calendar, the district open house is Aug. 10 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The first day of the 2017-18 school year is Aug. 15.
