ONU grad promoted within Mercy Health
Ronda Lehman has been named the Chief Network Integration Officer (CNIO) for the Mercy Health Lima region. Lehman will continue to serve as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Mercy Health Physicians in the Lima region.
Lehman joined St. Rita’s in 1995 as a pharmacist and has been promoted to hold a number of executive roles since that time, including Director of Pharmacy, Executive Director, Vice President of Operations for the Medical Center, and Chief Operating Officer for St. Rita’s Professional Services.
Now, as CNIO, Lehman is responsible for leading the development and oversight of the clinically integrated network and accountable care organization for Mercy Health’s Lima region.
Lehman received her Bachelor of Science from Ohio Northern University (ONU) and a Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University. She completed her MBA at Tiffin University, and the Executive Management Program for Pharmacy Leaders at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
In 2014, Lehman obtained her fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
