Hardin County Sheriff’s Deputies executed warrants on indictments earlier this week by arresting two Ada area men on separate and unrelated cases.
The warrants were issued July 26, after indictments were handed down by a Hardin County Grand Jury.
Arrested were Albert L. Mast, Sr., of 0691 Township Road 25, Ada, and Dennis L. Dellifield of 415 Willeke Ave., Ada.
Mast is charged with a 123-count indictment, which include felony rape, gross sexual imposition, sexual imposition and sexual battery.
The charges against Mast were initiated by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, the Hardin County Prosecutor’s Office and the Sheriff’s and Prosecutors Tech Crimes Division.
Dellifield is charged with various counts of attempted pandering obscenity involving a minor, attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material and attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented performance.
These charges stem from an investigation initiated by the Ada Police Department and the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, according to a news release issued by the sheriff’s office.
The Hardin County Prosecutor’s Office and the Sheriff’s and Prosecutor’s Tech Crimes Division assisted in the investigation.
