The annual membership drive for the Ada Music Boosters is in progress.  A flyer was mailed to Ada households in June.  The Boosters encourage you to return it with a contribution towards this year’s fund-raising drive.  

With the help of the Ada community, the Music Boosters are able to enhance music education and the performance-based programming for the Ada Schools. 

The Music Boosters purchase choir robes, band uniforms, instruments, Varsity Singer costumes, props and music which support Ada’s state and regional award-winning winter guard, marching band and show choir.  

The Boosters assist with funding music department educational trips, help to underwrite high school musical productions, support elementary music programs and host community events.

There are three designated Music Booster funds.  There is a Varsity Singers Alumni Scholarship to help provide financial support to students who may need assistance to participate in show choir.  Additionally contributions can be made to ongoing savings accounts for the purchase of marching band uniforms and a replacement equipment trailer; items which need purchased about every 10 years.

The Boosters support all aspects of music education in the schools, so residents are encouraged to be an Ada Music Booster Patron.  The 2017-18 Patron membership form can be found online under the Patrons tab at www.AdaMusicBoosters.org. where online giving is available, or Patron membership contributions may be mailed to Crystal Huffer,Treasurer, 0533 Township Road 25, Ada, Ohio 45810.
