The Lady Bulldogs rolled to victory 25-7, 25-16, 25-14 to improve to 12-7 overall, and they stayed first in the NWC at 6-0. The Bearcats fell to 1-13 and 0-6 in the NWC with the defeat.
The Lady Bulldogs have now won 14 consecutive league matches, and are currently riding a four-match win streak.
The two teams also combined to raise $1,545 through baked goods and t-shirt sales for Ada first grader Amelia Griffin, who is fighting cancer.
In addition, senior Maddie Gossard became the first Bulldog setter ever to pass out 1,000 career assists. She came in to the match with 977 and doled out 29 assists.
Ada senior Melina Woods knocked down 28 kills, and added two blocks with one ace to pace the victors.
"Maddie and Melina have helped each other reach those 1,000 goals," noted coach Melissa Gossard. "Those two have worked hard for it, but they are humble. There is no rivalry among our six seniors. They all want it for each other."
Ada seniors Woods, Gossard, Olivia Alexander, Nikki Lehsten, Kylie Guagenti and Kaiti Newland all were victorious in their final regular season home match.
