Dog park goal within sight
By Monty Siekerman
Rhonda Crouse, who has been helping get the dog park underway, stands beside a table at Liberty National Bank that displays information about the park and drawings of items to be won.
One prize is a stay at the Findlay Hilton and dinner for two at El Campo in Ada.
A second prize is a container with 6 pounds of dog treats. All the prizes were donated to the Dog Park Association. It costs nothing to enter the drawings. The display will be in the lobby of LNB through October.
Donations to the dog park now total $25,000 toward the $33,000 goal.
The 100' by 300' park will be located near the end of East Lehr Avenue, with a target date to be ready by next spring.
Donations may be mailed to 301 S. Johnson St., Ada, Ohio 45810, with checks made out to Ada Dog Park Association
