Men's Soccer drops 2-0 decision at Otterbein

WESTERVILLE — The Ohio Northern men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision on Tuesday evening against Ohio Athletic Conference-foe Otterbein at Clements Field.
The Polar Bears fall to 8-3-1 overall and 1-1-0 in the OAC, while the Cardinals improve to 8-2-0, 2-0-0.
Offensively, junior Joseph Schulte (Copley) recorded seven shots to lead the way.
Junior goalkeeper Kyle Dunnavant (Mount Vernon) led the way defensively, posting six saves.
Otterbein was able to take a 1-0 lead in the first half as they capitalized in the 24th minute.
The Cardinals would add to their lead in the 61st minute to seal the 2-0 victory.
The Polar Bears out shot Otterbein by a 18-11 margin and won the corner kick battle 4-2.
Northern returns to action on Saturday evening at 7 pm as it hosts Capital at Kerscher Stadium on Parents Night.
