State Route 309 between township Road 25 and county Road 35, north of Alger, will close Oct. 31 for two weeks for the replacement of three culverts. Traffic is detoured onto state Route 235, state Route 81 and I-75 back to state Route 309. Work is being performed by the ODOT Hardin County maintenance garage. 

State Route 117 just south of Roundhead closed Oct. 25 for approximately three weeks for a culvert replacement. Traffic will be detoured onto state Route 235 and U.S. 33 back to state Route 117. Work is being performed by VTF, Celina.
