Meet Allegra
By Monty Siekerman
Allegra is the new Polar Paws pup on campus, ready to learn a lot about socialization in classes, residence halls, the dining services, and greeting people as they trek across campus.
She is a 3-month-old golden retriever and has a huge love for people. This little girl is, hilariously, a pharmacy student with her new momma and she is settling into campus life quickly and comfortably.
Allegra absolutely adores peanut butter, but not as much as she loves tennis balls. She has already made friends with the other campus puppies and loves meeting two-legged people, too. If you see this fluffy puppy around campus feel free to stop and congratulate her on becoming a polar bear. Please always remember to ask before you pet.
After a time at ONU learning about many things, she will be given advanced trading to qualify as a service dog.
