Get ready for some football.
Ada midget football, Ada youth flag football and Ada youth cheerleading sign-ups for the 2018 season takes place Tuesday, May 15, from 6-7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 20, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Ada Park Building (Brown building on the corner right before the football stadium).
This will be for youth entering grades 3rd through 6th for 2018-2019 school year.
FOOTBALL: The fee for football is $65 per child and $30 for each additional child in the family. Bring a copy of your child's birth certificate (new and past football players). Bring names, addresses, andphone numbers of emergency contacts and doctor information. All forms to be filled out at sign-ups.
FLAG FOOTBALL: This is for youth entering grades Kindergarten through 2nd for the 2018-2019 school year. The fee is $30 per child. Bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate and names, addresses, and phone numbers of emergency contacts and doctor. All forms to be filled out at sign-ups.
CHEERLEADING: The fee is $30 for past cheerleaders and $10 for each sibling.
There is only a $85 fee for any cheerleaders who need to purchase a new full
uniform.
