It’s time to start thinking about going back to school.

Ada school’s 2018-19 open house is from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Monday, Aug. 13, according to Meri Skilliter, superintendent.

The first day of school is Wednesday, Aug. 15, with a full day planned for grades 1 to 12. School begins at 8:35 a.m. and dismissal is at 3:30 p.m., with the exception of town students in grades kindergarten, one, two and three, who will be dismissed at 3:10 p.m.

Kindergarten orientation is Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 15-16. Kindergarten students will begin school on a staggered start schedule beginning Friday, Aug. 17.
