Blanchard Pleasant Buckeyes 4H meeting held
The Blanchard Pleasant Buckeyes met on July 9, in the Hardin Northern Ag Building. Due to recreation leaders Makenna Eibling and Heidi Trachsel not being present there was no recreation for the night. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Becca Allen and the 4-H pledge was led by Emori Criner. There were 20 members present, 8 guests, and 5 advisors. Members taking still projects can now make their judging appointments. The progress made in project books were also checked by advisors. Project presentations were also given by Jonah Ruhlen with woodworking and rabbits, Vern Woodruff with a series circuit demonstration for electricity, Mary Ann Woodruff with Ohio Birds, and Carl Woodruff with insects. The Lord's Prayer was led by Emma Miller. Refreshments were provided by Erica Eibling and snacks by the Woodruff family. The next meeting will be held on August 6, at 6 p.m. which is when the 4-H group will be taking a chip factory tour and having pizza afterward.
