Carol S Reams, 1943 - 2018
Carol S. Reams, age 74, died on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 4:41 p.m. at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born October 8, 1943 in Michigan to the late Walter and Martha (Miller) Hughes. On January 27, 1968 she married Gary B. Reams and he died on September 30, 2015.
Carol retired from Sodexo Food Service at Ohio Northern University, Ada. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Carol was an avid reader, she loved to color coloring books and was a big animal lover.
She is survived by a son, Steven (Tiffany) Reams of Lima; and a daughter, Tammy Gayheart of Lima; sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; and a sister, Patricia (Jim) Bucher of Lima.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada with Deacon J. Michael Hood officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Post #96 of Lima and/or the Ada Public Library.
