Midget football, flag football, cheerleading sign-up on Wednesday
Ada midget football, Ada youth flag football and Ada youth cheerleading sign-ups for the 2018 season will be held on Wednesday, July 11, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Ada Park Building (Brown building on the corner right before the football stadium).
FOOTBALL: This will be for youth entering grades 3rd through 6th for the 2018-2019 school year. The fee for football is $65 per child and $30 for each additional child in the family. We'll need a copy of your child's birth certificate (new and past football players). Please bring names, addresses, and phone numbers of emergency contacts and doctor information with you. We asked that all forms to be filled out at sign-ups.
FLAG FOOTBALL: This will be for youth entering grades Kindergarten through
