Maidlow comes to Ada having served with Autumn Court Healthcare Center in Ottawa and Cridersville Healthcare Center. He and his wife Andrea are the parents of three children, Kaedence, 6, Emmett, 4, and Camry, 1. The family lives in Ottawa.
The new administrator is a graduate of Pandora-Gilboa High School and Bowling Green State University.
He said that Vancrest of Ada has 35 assisted-living apartments, all now occupied. He said the long-term care/rehabilitation side has 50 beds with 4 currently open.
Aaron follows Randy Cox who retired. Randy served as administrator during Vancrest construction. The 56,000 square foot facility, which is situated on 18 acres near the Ada Schools, opened in May of 2016.
