New coat of paint for an Ada monster
By Monty Siekerman
Shortly after it was opened, the walking/jogging/running path at ONU was tagged the Green Monster.
It’s route around campus, mostly on the outskirts, covers 3.5 miles and is mostly painted green.
The “Monster” has been around enough to be renewed. This week the employees of Elite Painting and Sealcoating of Lima are sealing and repainting the popular path which is used by students, faculty, staff as well as the community.
Here, Doug Gallaspie of Elite works on the improvement on Thursday afternoon near Klingler Road.
