The 145th annual undergraduate commencement was held at Ohio Northern University for 406 graduating students. Sutton graduated from the Ohio Northern University College of Engineering. Today we meet Melissa Gossard, first grade teacher, who shares the words she recalls hearing upon her graduation, “You may not know where you are going, but as long as you spread your wings the wind will carry you.” Thanks, Melissa, for spreading your wings and encouraging and supporting our students to also spread their wings.

Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law will celebrate its 2016 commencement ceremony in the ONU Sports Center on Sunday, May 15, at 2 p.m. Approximately 100 students will be awarded degrees, and Daniel DiBiasio, Ohio Northern University president, will preside.
The ONU Sports Center is scheduled to open for the commencement exercises at 12:30 p.m. A musical prelude will begin at 1:30 p.m., followed by the procession of faculty and Juris Doctor candidates.
