Ronald D. McKee, age 79, died on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 6:45 a.m. at his daughter’s residence in Ada.

          He was born on October 27, 1938 in Wooster, Ohio to Weldon and Verda (Hackett) McKee who preceded him in death.  On June 9, 1957 Ronald married Marjorie L. “Margie” Zimmerly, she preceded him in death on June 24, 2014. 

          Ronald retired from Ford Motor Company – Lima Engine Plant.      

Surviving is a son, James (Jeanne) McKee of Ada; a daughter, Connie (Tom) Miller of Ada; three grandchildren. 

          He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cassie McKee; three brothers: Harold, Ken and Welker McKee; and two sisters: Opal Hall and Evelyn Cunningham.

          Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 18, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada with Pastor Jack Duffy officiating.  Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada.

          Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada and until time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
