Special Council meeting called
A special Village Council meeting has been called for Wednesday, Oct. 24 immediately following the public meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. at Community Health Professionals, 1200 S. Main. The stated purpose of the special meeting is to consider and approve a pay ordinance and to discuss the refuse collection contract.
Phase II of the Willeke Street improvement will be the topic of the first meeting at 7 p.m. At that meeting, funding details, assessments to property owners, and construction plans will be explained, and those attending may ask questions.
