Parent-Teacher conferences set for Nov. 19-20
The Ada Exempted Village School District will have Parent-Teacher conferences for students in grades K-12 on Monday, Nov. 19 from 4 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. and on Tuesday, Nov. 20, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Students will only attend school on Monday, Nov. 19 that week.
There will not be school on Nov. 20 or 21 for conferences or Nov. 22 and Nov. 23
for Thanksgiving break.
Elementary conferences will be student-led. Parents should bring their child with them so that the student, along with his or her teacher, can share information about this year’s progress.
Parents had the opportunity to sign up for conference times at open house in most cases. Reminders were sent home.
Parents of students in grades 6-12 may meet with their child’s teacher, as well. SignUp.com will be used to schedule conferences this year. The link can be found at the bottom of the high school page on the school website.
Some parents will receive an invitation asking that they meet with specific teachers. All parents are encouraged to attend, if they wish to discuss their child’s progress. Those unable to access the website, may call the high school office at 419-634-2746 to schedule an appointment..
