Ada chamber invites nominations for outstanding business of the year
Ada Area Chamber of Commerce invites nominations for the outstanding business of the year, according to Heather Cox, chamber board president.
A printer-friendly nomination form is attached at the bottom of this story. The outstanding business will be recognized during the chamber’s annual meeting luncheon. It is at noon, Wednesday, Feb. 20, at Community Health Professionals.
Last year’s business of the year was Hays Insurance. The business was started by Bruce and Brad Hays in 1983. Chad entered the business after graduating from ONU in 1999 and was a partner with Bruce for 18 years. Chad purchased the business in January 2017. The company has locations in Ada and Celina.
Tickets for the meeting are $10 per person with payment due by Feb. 15. Nominations for business of the year may be mailed to Ada Area Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 225, Ada, Ohio 45810 or e-mailed to Deb Curlis at [email protected]

The January chamber meeting is at 8 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 16, at Vancrest of Ada.
