KENTON - The Ada swim teams lost a dual meet at local rival Kenton in the Hardin County YMCA Tuesday night.

"We had a lot of good swims, and performed very well at the meet," noted first-year Bulldog head coach Stephanie Steiner.  

The purple and gold girls lost a close meet to Kenton 80-71, while the Bulldog boys lost to the Wildcats, 102-46. Kenton won the combined event, 182-117.
Ada junior ace Klava Katayama captured first in the 200 freestyle and 100-yard butterfly races.

Junior Isaac Spar won the 100 fly and 100 backstroke to pace the Bulldog boys.
Sophomore Paige Cole     won the 100 breaststroke and took second in the 100 butterfly. Junior Sidney Gossard won the 100 backstroke and took second in the 200 individual medley.
