What a table Flavours by Sodexo at ONU set!
Raspberry brie, Spanakopita, poached eggs, winter cheese board, macarons, hot apple cider and donuts … just for starters.
The table set, many tables, in fact, filled the McIntosh Ballroom as Flavours showcased its wide-range of food catering choices on March 15 to invited guests to promote its catering program.
Elaine Adams, catering director, said the Sodexo catering service handles hundreds of events year-around, and it want to expand its catering.
Those catering events range from the ONU commencement when several thousand persons attend, all the way to bridal showers, graduation parties, business events to Mother’s Day brunch.
You name it, they cater it.
Noah Ristau, ONU Sodexo general manager, said, “Whatever you are in the mood for, we’ve got it.”
A catering guide of Flavours options explains the choices for catered events.
These include continental breakfasts, a wide assortment beverages, salads from Caesar to southwestern grilled chicken, sandwiches, luncheons, dinners and desserts. Flavours also accommodates gluten free, vegetarian and vegan requests.
