The Ada Area Chamber of Commerce Harvest and Herb parade will step-off from Ada High School at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21. There is no cost to participate.
For groups planning on participating be at the school at by 9:15 a.m. so that you can be put in the line-up. Groups using a float with youth riding please park in the north parking lot of the school. All roads and driveways around the school need to be accessible to non-parade traffic so please help keep them open.
Miss Vicki’s Music Studio, 2613 State Route 81, Ada, is now accepting new students for fall classes. According to Vicki Mills, studio owner, classes begin Tuesday, Sept. 24, and run through Jan. 16. You can also register for introductory sessions (4 - 6 weeks) that run in October/November.

Ohio Northern University’s Phi Beta Delta honorary society for international scholars presents “Crises in the Middle East: A Panel Discussion” in the Dicke Forum on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
The panel is comprised of four professors from the ONU Department of History, Political Science and Justice who will share their insights on the Middle East crises and the ongoing civil war in Syria. After a brief presentation from the panel, a question and answer session will follow.
